what havent i done to my quad is the better question! LOL, its got full suspension front and rear, wider axle and a-arms, hot cams stage 2 cam, hrc jet kit, about to have a full venom performance exhaust,
well for the motor...... needs top end rebuild. went ahead and sent my head off to hung racing engines and got fresh valves, valve springs, and a port job. just got that back this week. still need to order my jug and piston. probably going to do that next week. then.... its just a matter of putting it all back together which is something i'm nervous about. know any good mechanics? this is not something i will attempt by myself. i have no idea what i'm doing. i do have the service manual though, haha
Know any good mechanics? Besides myself and my uncle in NY.. nope. Not with bikes and quads anyway. Don'e even trust the local shop anymore after they gave 2 cylinders back to me with WAY too much piston clearance. They apparently did a decent job on my friend's bike though they charged him $1200. I do all my own work as far as taking things apart and putting them back together.
Sounds like your quad's gonna rip though! Except it'll probably need bigger jets again now with the port job and exhaust system.. maybe.. and maybe a few dyno pulls ;)
so you up for a 450 build? i'll bring the beer and give ya some cash. or teach me wtf to do so i dont screw it up? got all the parts to add a kicker to it as well for backup.

Oh man! I had no idea and was kinda kidding about putting your quad on a dyno, though it'd be pretty awesome to be able to post videos showing exactly HOW badass your toys really are :D And the tuning? Yeah, that sounds good to me except... mine are two strokes so I'd have to buy them a new O2 sensor???? WTF?
